I think that everything published made a ton of sense. But, what about this? what if you were to create a killer headline? I am not suggesting your content is not solid, but suppose you added a title to maybe grab people's attention? I mean House Libero - ModRental is a little boring. You could glance at Yahoo's home page and note how they create post headlines to get people to click. You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab readers interested about what you've got to say. In my opinion, it could bring your posts a little livelier.
